At NÜ Scent, we are committed to delivering high-quality fragrances and an exceptional customer experience. Due to the nature of perfume and personal care products, we operate under the following return policy:

All Sales Are Final

To maintain product integrity and hygiene, all fragrance purchases are final and non-refundable.

Exchanges or Replacements

We will gladly replace or exchange a product only if it arrives damaged or defective.

To request a replacement:

1. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

3. We’ll review and respond within 1–2 business days.

If approved, we’ll ship a replacement at no additional cost.

We Do Not Accept Returns for:

· Opened or used fragrances

· Change-of-mind or personal preference

· Items purchased outside of our official store
