When can i start using my Perfume?
For best results, store your Nü Scent fragrance in a cool, dark place for 2-4 weeks before using it. Your fragrance will continue to settle and reach its full potential within 30 days, delivering the richest and longest-lasting experience.
Do perfume dupes smell the same as the original?
Our dupes are formulated to closely resemble the scent profile of luxury perfumes. While not identical, they capture the same notes and feel, making them nearly indistinguishable in everyday wear.
Are your fragrances authentic or counterfeit?
Nü Scent does not sell counterfeit products. We are not affiliated with the brands mentioned. We simply create fragrances that are inspired by iconic perfumes, offering our own interpretation with premium ingredients.
Are perfume dupes safe for the skin?

No. At this time, Nü Scent only ships within Australia and New Zealand

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery across Australia usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Nü Scent offers free shipping on all orders over $100 within Australia. Orders under $100 are charged a flat rate of $10
Will I receive tracking for my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns for opened bottles. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace or refund it. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
